Frequently Asked Questions

Skype configuration for Headsets and Micro.
Begin Skype, click on top on actions and then on options. On the left side you choose audiodevices. On the right side you find admission and Audio reproduction, here select your sound card for both options. Should you use an USB Headset, then select please the sound card of the Headsets here.
MSN Messenger configuration for Headset or Micro.
If you start the MSN Messenger first this Program makes a Sound setup, here try your Soundcard of your Computer. If you dont know about your Soundcard read the Computer manual first for the right Soundcard. If you know about your Soundcard you can try the Setup again, open the MSN Messenger and try Extras and try then here your Soundcard. USB Headsets or Micros have a own Soundcard, please try then the Soundcard from this devices.
Teamspeak configuration for Headset or Micro.
Log in to a Server, click on settings, here you find the Sound Input/Output settings. In this Menue try the regulation to the middle.Does the Headset or Mic not function, click on Settings and Options, look here if your Soundcard or your Headset Soundcard is detect.
The rear speakers of my Medusa are not as loud as the front speakers.
The rear speakers are intended to produce a lower volume sound than the front speakers to provide a natural surround sound and they are, as opposed to the manual, with a diameter of 30mm, smaller than the front speakers.
